I didn't get my sign-in code

Check your spam folder and wait a minute. Codes expire after an hour; tap "Send a new code" to get a fresh one.

How do I connect with my partner?

One of you taps "Create our code" and sends it; the other taps "My partner has a code" and enters it.

Does one subscription cover both of us?

Yes. When one partner subscribes to Pera Plus, both of you get it while you're connected.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pera. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. You keep Plus until the end of the paid period.

How do I download or delete my data?

In the app: Settings → "Download my data", or Settings → "Delete account". See also how to delete your account.
